Free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

A prepaid return label is included in your package. Just email info@ssiamesse.com with your order number to let us know it's coming, then drop it off. Once we receive your item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We can't replace lost orders due to incorrect addresses. Once your order is with the carrier, we're not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the recipient's responsibility.
